Ad Submission Requirements

To ensure your advertisement prints clearly in the APA Yearbook, all ads must be submitted as high-resolution, print-ready files.

Preferred File Format

• PDF (print-ready) — preferred

• JPG or PNG — accepted only if high-quality

Resolution

• Minimum 300 DPI required

Color Ads

• CMYK preferred for accurate printing

• RGB files may be accepted, but color shifts can occur

• Complimentary design assistance included when you purchase any color ad 

• All color ads are also posted on the APA website

Black & White Ads

• Grayscale preferred for best print clarity

• Avoid RGB files, screenshots, or low-resolution images

• Submit clean artwork with sharp text and high contrast

Sizing

• Ads must be submitted at the exact size purchased

• Full page: 4.5 x 7.5 inches
