Black and White Standard Illustrations by Schilling, Burgess, Graham & Sewell

This distinguished collection features the original black-and-white illustrations that appeared in the APA Standard of Perfection for many years before the introduction of the first color edition. Created by renowned poultry artists Schilling, Burgess, Graham, and Sewell—widely regarded among the finest illustrators in the history of the poultry fancy—these works represent an important era in exhibition poultry documentation.

The volume includes detailed renderings of many long-recognized breeds and varieties of chickens, ducks, and geese, often depicting both male and female specimens. These illustrations not only served as visual references for generations of breeders and judges, but also stand as historic works of art.

An exceptional reference and collectible for APA members, judges, historians, and serious poultry enthusiasts alike.
